You can return items within 30 days.
You'll receive a full refund within the first 14 days. After that, a restocking fee will apply. Returns are no longer possible after 30 days.

This policy applies to new parts and parts with a deposit. Some items have special return policies, which will be noted on your invoice.

Electronic parts, clutches, flywheels, windshields, catalytic converters, diesel particulate filters, injectors, high-pressure pumps, control units, spark plugs, glow plugs, steering parts, OE parts and special orders must be sent to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund can be issued.

Light bulbs, hoses (sold by the meter) and adhesives are excluded from return.

Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s specifications.
We conduct an initial review. The final decision rests with the manufacturer.
For a warranty claim, we require a completed form with installation and removal mileage, a description of the fault, photos or videos, a diagnostic report (if available) and a copy of the invoice.

Processing by the manufacturer can take up to eight weeks. If the request is rejected, we will endeavor to find a fair, goodwill solution.
