We are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

You can return items within 30 days.
A full refund is available within the first 14 days. After that, a restocking fee will apply. Returns are no longer possible after 30 days.

This applies to new parts as well as parts with a deposit.

Some items have special return policies – you can find these on your invoice.
Light bulbs, hoses (sold by the meter) and adhesives are excluded from returns.
For certain items, the manufacturer must conduct an inspection before a refund can be issued.

Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
We first inspect the item on-site. The final assessment is made by the manufacturer.
For a warranty claim, we require a fully completed form including mileage at installation and removal, a description of the fault, photos or videos, a diagnostic report (if available), and a copy of the invoice.

Processing can take up to eight weeks. If your application is rejected, we will endeavor to offer a fair, accommodating solution.
